Cathy is passionate about developing new growth businesses. She held senior engineering, project, and construction management roles in the resources and telecommunications industries prior to starting her own company. She has worked internationally with start-ups and universities commercializing new technologies and developing business cases for new products and services. For the past 4 years she has been a member of Todd Corporation’s investment team, developing strategy, evaluating opportunities, and managing investments.
Ian has extensive experience in management and governance across a wide range of business sectors in NZ and the Asia Pacific region. He initially graduated in engineering and business studies, and after 40 years of managing corporate enterprises he is now semi-retired, while still working with a number of small to medium sized enterprises to help them grow as successful businesses. His last full-time role was 11 years as CEO of Wellington based private equity investor Rangatira Ltd.
Vicki is the Director of three Taranaki-based businesses, an active investor and an Associate Chartered Accountant. She also volunteers as a business mentor and is passionate about helping small business owners turn their dreams into reality.
Vicki’s work experience includes financial roles in the oil & gas industry; policy and communications with local government; business consulting; and management roles in several service businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
Paul began legal practice in New Plymouth in 1991 and is a partner in the firm Govett Quilliam.
He has an extensive history in corporate , commercial and property related legal matters acting for a wide range of businesses ( as well as private individuals and community organisations).
Paul values his trusted relationships with many leading businesses across many different business sectors and has long been an enthusiastic supporter of their growth and development.
Graham’s background is varied. He is a Chartered Loss Adjuster by profession and chaired the Board of Crawford New Zealand. Graham is active in the financial services sector, serving in governance roles as both Director and Board Chair. These roles include business recovery and development. In addition Graham is an active financial markets participant. He is a qualified Technical Analyst. Graham is a Member of the Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Shareholders Association.
