Ian has extensive experience in management and governance across a wide range of business sectors in NZ and the Asia Pacific region. He initially graduated in engineering and business studies, and after 40 years of managing corporate enterprises he is now semi-retired, while still working with a number of small to medium sized enterprises to help them grow as successful businesses. His last full-time role was 11 years as CEO of Wellington based private equity investor Rangatira Ltd.

Graham has a commercial background with strong governance experience. He currently manages The Clouston Family Office and in this role is an active investor in financial markets. He is a qualified Technical Analyst, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Member of the New Zealand Shareholders Association.
Vicki Haylock (Treasurer & Secretary)

Vicki is the Director of several Taranaki-based businesses, an active investor and a former Chartered Accountant. Vicki’s work experience includes financial roles in the oil & gas industry; policy and communications with local government; business consulting; and management roles in several service businesses and not-for-profit organisations. She loves the unique Taranaki lifestyle, where every road leads to an adventure.
Cathy Clennett

Cathy is passionate about developing new growth businesses. She held senior engineering, project, and construction management roles in the resources and telecommunications industries prior to starting her own company. She has worked internationally with start-ups and universities commercializing new technologies and developing business cases for new products and services. Previously she was a member of Todd Corporation’s investment team, developing strategy, evaluating opportunities, and managing investments. She is now the Executive Director and Co-founder of Hiringa Energy.
Kristian Slack

Kristian is an advisor to the Board. He has worked at the nexus of R&D, IP, and innovation for 25 years across a broad range of industries, sectors and jurisdictions. His company, innovIQ Ltd, provides prior art research services for inventors, companies and investors to determine novelty, the competitive landscape, and unique value proposition for any idea, which is used for the basis of developing strategy (including R&D, IP, Investment, commercialisation, legal etc).
